Gem of a hotel

Excellent service from the staff, especially those at Escape Restaurant - all were courteous and attentive. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, equipped with smart facilities. There are restaurants and convenience store within the hotel and also a nearby mall - very easy to buy whatever you need.

it is worth staying at One Farrer Hotel

The room was spacious, and we got a free upgrade as well. The room was so modernized, and everything inside the room is a button away. The staff was very helpful and cordial. It is located next to Little India. So it was a bonus when we found out the Hop-on &hop-off bus stop is in little India. I think the location is very central to many attractions. We did not have breakfast there, but the lunch at the Chinese restaurant inside the hotel was excellent.

The Escape cafe/restaurant was a bit pricy. And the manager/host on 12/22 was not as friendly as you would expect. but the subsequent visits to the cafe were very good.

Wonderful

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and beautiful room, good food (the green pasta is delicious, try it). My room was on the 18th floor and provided me with one of the best views I ever had from a hotel. The hotel lies on the edge of Little India, so you can just walk into this cozy neighbourhood from the hotel. If you don't like Indian food, there's a huge amount of Chinese places you can eat as well. There's a subway station literally below the building which is very convenient. There's also a little supermarket next to the entrance.

Sometimes, the elevator wouldn't accept my card. Laundry service could be a bit more affordable

Great hotel - great location - great service - great swimming pool

Hospitality was very nice, you are feel welcomed as a guest. Location very good as the subway station Farrer Park is right in front of the hotel. Room space was sufficient. Room service was great, as with every request the hotel employees were standing in front of your door in no time! Also the huge swimming pool is very nice as it is of olympic size. Also great there is a 7-11 convenience store open 24hrs right next to one of the entrances of the hotel.

There is absolutely nothing we can think of which was not great. Just book and go!

Excellent!

We booked a mint den indicating that it was for 4 people. Actually it was for 3 persons. The manager Kesley helped us to find a bigger room and it made our stay of 10 days very comfortable. Thank you for your flexibility. Then we had to extend our stay by 1 night. The reception helped to extend one night at an affordable price. This was very much appreciated. Thank you again to One Farrer Hotel staff for making our stay at your hotel a very memorable one.

Wonderful

Staff are friendly and helpful, close to MRT station, room is spacious and clean.

No refill of toiletries, had to ask the housekeeping for the toilet roll. The toilet door could not be closed properly, informed the housekeeping but no action was seen. We only stayed for 3 nights, so the issues above not really matter to us.

Great hotel to stay, would definitely return next time when I visit SG.

Breakfast is really tasty, so many selections, but seems the restaurant is under renovation, they separated the breakfast area at 6F and 20F floor, staffs are really amazing. The bed and pillows are super comfy, the room has high ceiling and the automatic blinds surprised me a lot when I first time walked into the room.

I am surprised that the mirroring function in the Samsung tv is not working, informed by reception, and tried to borrow the HDMI cord, sadly they ran out of it. so, I need to go to city square to buy myself a HDMI cord for my work meeting and Netflix...lol, not a big issues, but it will be great if they can fix it asap.

3rd time and still wonderful. Thank you!

3rd stay and still great! Staff Kelsie, that help with my registration and queries was very helpful and friendly. She was fast and efficient. Thank you Kelsie! The swimming pool was great. Just wished that the floaties were still around. I guess it was because of previous pool party that floaties were there. But overall a great stay as the location is close to MRT, mall and also accessible to otger food locations and mustafa centre.

The toilet door problem but it was repaired when I got back after Kelsie helped me get the facility technician. Kudos to that.

everything about this property was great. the people were super friendly and helpful, the rooms are a decent size for Singapore standards and the hotel’s facilities were good. the MRT is across from the hotel and the 711 next door comes in handy. the pool is super large and has a great vibe.
